I've been around the block. I've seen a lot. I've made tons of mistakes. I've been arrogant, I've been stubborn, I've been an ass at times. I think all too often, as business owners, we get stuck. We get stuck because we're so obsessed with the what's and the how's. We obsess about our products and services and seek to tweak them constantly, and then when no one is buying from us, we scratch our heads and just don't get it.
