My Journey
I figured out what to do with that English degree. It took me a bit to find my 'calling' but once I found it, I embraced it. After working for the Catholic Diocese Of Orlando for several years and helping a local retreat center build a huge online presence, I decided to venture out past the non-profit space. I worked for a few small businesses as their digital marketer and then, 16 years ago, I created On Target. On Target started with a core focus on getting companies found in the search engines through SEO and content creation. Over the years, I evolved the company into a full scale digital marketing agency that specializes in content creation.
After some deep thoughts and such, I came to the conclusion that it was time to sell On Target at its peek. Late last year (Dec, 2020) my wife and I sold On Target and it was off to a new adventure, a much needed respite, and some introspection.

Wow. When I went to school, I WENT to school. When I graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic High in Orlando, Florida, my next stop was in the middle of a corn field in Southern Indiana. I had an inkling that I was called to the Catholic Priesthood, so I applied and was accepted (by the Grace Of God) to Saint Meinrad. Run by Benedictine monks, my love for Literature, Philosophy, Theology, and Creative Writing sprang to life. Those 4 years at Saint Meinrad in "formation 'were the toughest 4 years of my love. I graduated with a BA in English and Communications and upon graduation, had to figure out what in the heck to do with that degree.

Getting My Bearings
San Pedro Center is a slice of heaven in Winter Park, Florida. The Franciscan Friars took a chance with me and hired me to run their bookstore first out of college, run their summer camp program and build their first website. I LOVED my job and helped to create their online digital presence. The digital marketing efforts were quite effective and started to transform their summer camp program, attract new retreatants and rent the facility. I wasn't exactly raking it in cash wise, so I basically started my own "thing".
